Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Peeklens ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Peeklens is a social listening and lead generation platform that monitors publicly available Reddit content, scores conversations by purchase intent, and assists users in drafting replies and content. The Service includes AI-powered features for relevance scoring, reply drafting, and content generation.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to spam, harass, or deceive Reddit users or any other individuals.
• Violate Reddit's terms of service, content policy, or community guidelines when posting replies or content generated through the Service.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
• Share your account credentials with others or resell access to the Service.
• Use automated systems to scrape or overload the Service.

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to generate reply drafts, content suggestions, and relevance scores. This content is provided as a starting point. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and posting any content generated by the Service. Peeklens does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated content.

The Service does not auto-post to Reddit. All posting decisions are made by you.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Peeklens offers free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until then, and no further charges are made.
• By completing checkout you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, including the refund policy below, and you authorise recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

Refund policy

• 30-day results guarantee (first monthly purchase). If, during your first 30 days on a paid monthly plan, Peeklens does not surface at least 10 conversations scored 8 or higher in which a person is actively seeking a product like yours, we will refund that month in full. To qualify you must: (a) configure at least 5 keywords and 1 competitor within the first 7 days, (b) keep the subscription active for the full 30 days, (c) sign in on at least 4 separate days during the period, and (d) request the refund in writing to support@peeklens.ai between day 30 and day 37. One claim per customer and per organisation, on a first purchase only. The conversation count shown in your dashboard is the reference figure.
• Outside that guarantee, monthly plans are non-refundable. Fees for a monthly billing period are earned when charged. Cancelling mid-period does not entitle you to a full or prorated refund of that period.
• Yearly plans have a one-time 7-day refund window. On your first yearly purchase only, you may request a full refund in writing to support@peeklens.ai within 7 calendar days of the charge. This does not apply to renewals or to plan changes.
• Except as stated above, all fees paid are non-refundable, and all payment obligations for the current billing period are non-cancellable, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• Refund requests must come from the email address on the account and include the Stripe receipt or transaction ID. We may ask for additional verification.
• If an account shows a pattern of subscribing, using the Service, and then requesting a refund, we may refuse further refunds and further registrations at our discretion.
• Bank, card issuer or currency conversion fees charged by your own provider are your responsibility and are not refunded.

7. Plan Limits

Each subscription plan includes usage limits for projects, keywords, competitors, scans, reply drafts, and content generations. If you exceed your plan limits, you will need to upgrade to continue using those features. Usage counters reset monthly.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Peeklens. You retain ownership of content you create using the Service (reply drafts, generated posts, CRM data). You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or complete. Intent scores, sentiment analysis, and AI-generated content are approximations and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peeklens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, abusive behavior, or any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

13. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first at support@peeklens.ai so we can resolve it. Opening a card dispute for a charge you authorised, after using the Service, is a breach of these Terms. We respond to disputes with our records, including your acceptance of these Terms at checkout and your usage of the Service, and we may suspend or terminate accounts with unresolved chargebacks.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between us shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights you have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
